  • 2000 sq.ft home → ₹20,000

Because the complexity, scope, number of decisions, and risk increase with home size. A 2000 sq.ft home typically involves 2–3× more decisions than a 900 sq.ft home, which requires deeper planning, scrutiny, and advisory support.

Will this fee be adjusted in my interior cost? +

No. We are independent advisors. We do not execute interiors, we do not earn commissions, and we do not push any vendors. Our only role is to protect your interests.

What if I don’t go ahead with any vendor? +

That’s completely fine. Our responsibility is to guide you with clarity and facts—not to force a decision. You are free to proceed or pause as you see fit.
